Water Stacking for Weight Loss Drink Routine

A refreshing drink routine focusing on infused water to curb appetite and support hydration.

Ingredients

  • Filtered water
  • Fresh lemon slices
  • Cucumber ribbons
  • Fresh ginger slices
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Optional pinch of sea salt or electrolytes
  • Natural sweetener (stevia or honey, if needed)

Instructions

  1. Chill the water in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. Prepare flavorings by slicing half a lemon, a quarter cucumber, and some ginger.
  3. Combine the slices in a pitcher and let infuse for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  4. Portion out the infused water into small bottles.
  5. Sip on schedule, drinking 100 to 250 ml every 30 to 60 minutes.
  6. Refresh flavors after 8 to 12 hours if necessary.
  7. Optional: Add apple cider vinegar for tanginess.
