Ingredients

  • 2 cups of water

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the remaining 1 cup of water.
  4. Add the bloomed gelatin mixture into the warm water, stirring continuously until dissolved (2-3 minutes).
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold for cubes or enjoy it warm for a drink.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the cubes.
  7. Serve warm or cut into cubes once set.
