Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Measure out agar-agar powder, fruit juice, sweetener, and water.
  2. Prepare the Liquid: In a medium saucepan, combine fruit juice and sweetener, adding water to make 2 cups total.
  3. Add Agar-Agar: Sprinkle agar-agar over the juice while stirring to avoid clumping.
  4. Heat: Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, stirring for 2-3 minutes until agar-agar dissolves.
  5. Simmer: Reduce heat and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thicker.
  6. Cool and Set: Pour into molds, cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
