  • 1 tablespoon agar-agar
  • Natural sweeteners (agave syrup or monk fruit)
  • Flavorings (vanilla extract or essential oils)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Measure out about 2 cups of fruit juice, 1 tablespoon of agar-agar, and your choice of sweetener.
  2. Prepare the mixture: In a saucepan, combine the fruit juice and agar-agar. Stir well to dissolve the agar-agar.
  3. Heat the mixture: Place the saucepan over medium heat and gradually bring it to a boil while stirring continuously.
  4. Simmer: Lower the heat and allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until the agar-agar is completely dissolved.
  5. Add sweetener: Remove from heat and stir in your chosen sweeteners and any flavorings.
  6. Set the gelatin: Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and let it cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate: Transfer to the fridge and let it set for at least 1-2 hours, or until fully firm.
