A soothing herbal infusion that combines turmeric’s earthy flavor with its health benefits, perfect for digestion and weight loss.

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the Water: Bring 1 cup of water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add Turmeric: Stir in 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder and allow to simmer for about 5 minutes.
  3. Incorporate Black Pepper: Add 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture and simmer for an additional minute.
  4. Optional Ingredients: Add honey and lemon juice if desired, stirring until the honey is dissolved.
  5. Strain the Tea: Remove from heat and strain the mixture into your cup to catch any residue.
  6. Enjoy: Let it cool slightly before sipping to enjoy the aroma and flavor.
  7. Garnish (Optional): Sprinkle cinnamon or add a slice of lemon for an extra touch.
