Homemade Strawberry Gelatin Pie topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream

A refreshing no-bake dessert featuring fresh strawberries and a smooth gelatin base, perfect for warm days.

  • 1 packet strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter. Press into a pie dish and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the gelatin: Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  3. Add cold water: Mix in cold water and let it cool to room temperature.
  4. Slice strawberries: Rinse and slice strawberries, then set aside.
  5. Combine strawberries and gelatin: Arrange strawberries in the crust and pour the cooled gelatin over them.
  6. Chill the pie: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until the gelatin is set.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Slice the pie and serve it chilled.

Notes
