Simple Canaan Honey Drink

A warm, gently spiced honey beverage inspired by traditional Canaanite flavors, ideal for a weight loss routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 68 ounces warm water (around 40 to 50 degrees Celsius)
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated ginger (optional)
  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
  • A sprig of rosemary or a pinch of mint (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the water until it reaches about 40 to 50 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon of honey into a mug.
  3. Pour the warm water over the honey and stir until dissolved.
  4. If using, add lemon juice or grated ginger and stir again.
  5. Let the drink rest for 1-2 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Sip slowly over 5-10 minutes.

Notes

Adjust sweetness and spices according to personal taste. Limit to one small cup per day to control added sugars.
