Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Measure out your fruit juice, gelatin, and sweetener, and have your molds ready.
  2. Heat juice: Pour the juice into a saucepan and heat over low heat for about 3-5 minutes, ensuring it doesn’t boil.
  3. Mix gelatin: Slowly sprinkle the gelatin powder into the heating juice while whisking continuously to avoid clumps.
  4. Sweeten: Once the gelatin is dissolved, add your sweetener to taste and whisk until smooth.
