Mounjaro Gelatin

A simple and effective gelatin recipe that supports weight loss while offering a refreshing taste.

  • 1 packet Gelatin
  • 2 cups Water
  • Sweetener (sugar substitute or honey, to taste)
  • Flavoring (fruit puree, extracts, or citrus juice)
  • Fruit (optional, fresh fruits like berries)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and any preferred additional flavorings like fruit puree or extracts.
  2. Dissolve Gelatin: In a medium bowl, add 2 cups of warm water and sprinkle in one packet of gelatin. Stir gently until completely dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add Flavor: Incorporate sweetener and chosen flavoring to the dissolved gelatin. Stir well and let cool slightly.
  4. Incorporate Fruit: If using, gently fold in diced fruits while the mixture is still warm.
  5. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into desired molds or dishes.
  6. Chill and Set: Place in refrigerator for at least 2-4 hours, allowing the gelatin to set.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Remove from molds and serve chilled.

Notes

Gelatin can be prepped up to a week in advance and stored in an airtight container.
