Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Measure out the milk, gelatin, and desired sweetener and flavoring.
  2. Warm the Milk: In a saucepan, warm the milk over medium heat for about 5 minutes until steaming but not boiling.
  3. Bloom the Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup of cold water and let sit for about 5 minutes until it blooms.
  4. Combine: Whisk the bloomed gelatin into the warm milk until fully dissolved (about 2-3 minutes).
  5. Sweeten and Flavor: Stir in sweetener and flavoring to taste.
  6. Chill: Pour the mixture into molds or a dish, then refrigerate for 4-6 hours until set.
  7. Serve: Enjoy as cubes or slices, optionally with fresh fruits.
