Lipojaro Jello (Lipid Bird Jello)

A simple gelatin-based dessert ideal for weight control, offering a refreshing texture and low calorie count.

Ingredients

  • 1 packet powdered unflavored gelatin
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup cold water or flavored sparkling water
  • 1 teaspoon low-calorie sweetener or honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon or orange zest
  • Optional splash of juice

Instructions

  1. Measure gelatin into a bowl and pour 1/4 cup of hot water over it.
  2. Stir vigorously for 30 to 60 seconds until fully dissolved.
  3. Add your sweetener and citrus zest, stirring until dissolved.
  4. Pour in 3/4 cup of cold water or flavored sparkling water.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity as needed.
  6. Pour into a shallow dish or molds and let it cool to room temperature for 15 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate uncovered for 1.5 to 3 hours until firm.
  8. Serve chilled, garnished with citrus or berries.

Notes

For best results, allow gelatin to dissolve fully and ensure it cools properly before refrigerating.
