  • 1 cup hot water

  • Crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in hot water as per package instructions.
  2. Stir in your choice of sweeteners and flavorings until mixed.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the bowl to the refrigerator and let it set for 1 to 2 hours until firm but still jiggly.
  5. Crush ice in a blender or with a rolling pin until fine.
  6. Cut the set gelatin into cubes and mix with the crushed ice.
