Gut Healing Gelatin Tonic

  • 2 cups bone broth
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Gather Ingredients: Ensure that your gelatin is unflavored and of high quality for best results.
  2. Prepare Bone Broth: If using homemade bone broth, heat it gently in a pot until warm but not boiling.
  3. Mix Gelatin: In a small bowl, combine the gelatin with about 1/4 cup of cool water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm broth with apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, and cinnamon until fully dissolved.
  5. Cool and Serve: Allow the mixture to cool slightly before pouring into a mug. Enjoy warm.
  6. Garnish: Optional: Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top before serving.

Notes

Can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.
