Gelatin Weight Loss Smoothie

A simple, low-calorie smoothie using gelatin or collagen powder to help curb appetite and support weight loss.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin or collagen powder
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water, milk, or plant milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • Optional sweetener (honey, stevia, or small amount of sugar)
  • Ice cubes (optional)
  • Flavor boosters (vanilla extract, cinnamon, or lemon)

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over hot water and letting it sit for 30 to 60 seconds.
  2. Stir the mixture until fully dissolved and smooth.
  3. Add cold water, milk, or plant milk into a blender with the dissolved gelatin.
  4. Add fruit and flavor boosters.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  6. Chill briefly if desired or add ice and blend again for a refreshing texture.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy as a pre-meal drink.
