Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by gathering and selecting a saucepan and mold.
  2. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan until it reaches a gentle boil (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of powdered gelatin over the hot water. Stir for about 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 1 cup of your chosen fruit juice to the gelatin mixture and stir for another minute.
  5. If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener, mix thoroughly to adjust sweetness.
  6. Pour the mixture into shaped molds or an 8×8 pan and let it cool for 15 minutes at room temperature.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
