Instructions

  1. Dissolve the gelatin in water or juice and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  2. Gently heat the mixture in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until the gelatin completely dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in any desired sweeteners and flavorings.
  4. If adding fresh fruit, fold it into the mixture.
