  • 1 cup fruit juice or puree (orange, berry, etc.)

  • 1 cup water
  • A pinch of citric acid

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a small saucepan, mix 1 cup of cold water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Over low to medium heat, stir the mixture until the gelatin completely dissolves (about 2-3 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of fruit juice and sweetener if desired. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once set, remove from the mold and cut into fun shapes.
