Gelatin Recipe

A simple and delicious gelatin recipe that supports weight loss by curbing appetite and enhancing meals.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 2 cups fruit juice or puree (low-sugar options preferred)
  • Honey or stevia (optional, to taste)
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • Fresh or frozen fruit or berries (your choice)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, mix ¼ cup of cold water with 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm 2 cups of your desired fruit juice without boiling.
  4. Remove the juice from heat and add the gelatin mixture. Stir until completely dissolved.
  5. If desired, stir in honey or another sweetener and mix well.
  6. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove from molds and enjoy your gelatin as a refreshing snack or dessert!

Notes

Consume 30 minutes before meals to help manage appetite. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
