Gelatin Mounjaro

A low-calorie gelatin snack that helps curb cravings while adding volume to your evening routine.

  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
  • Low-calorie sweetener or a touch of honey
  • Optional flavor extracts (vanilla, almond) or fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom the gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin: Heat warm water, stir in bloomed gelatin until dissolved.
  3. Add flavor and sweetener: Stir in lemon juice and sweetener, adjusting to taste.
  4. Combine with cold liquid: Pour in cold water to cool the mixture and achieve desired firmness.
  5. Pour into molds or a dish: Transfer to a shallow pan or ramekins.
  6. Chill to set: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
  7. Serve and store: Cut into cubes and enjoy chilled; store leftovers in fridge for up to 5 days.
