Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: unflavored gelatin, fruit juice, water, and optional sweetener.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin: Combine gelatin with cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat water and juice: Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil, then remove from heat and stir in fruit juice.
  4. Combine mixtures: Add dissolved gelatin to the warm juice mixture, stirring until fully dissolved.
  5. Sweeten if desired: Taste and add sweetener, then stir again.
  6. Pour into molds: Carefully pour the mixture into jelly cup molds or dessert glasses.
  7. Chill: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
