Ingredients

  • Gelatin Powder (unflavored)
  • Water
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients and measure out the fruit juice and water (1 cup fruit juice to 1/2 cup water).
  2. Dissolve Gelatin: Sprinkle gelatin powder over water in a small saucepan and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat Mixture: Place over low heat, stirring until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
  4. Mix in Fruit Juice: Remove from heat and gradually stir in fruit juice until well mixed.
  5. Sweeten if Desired: Add sweetener if using and mix well.
  6. Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish.
  7. Set in the Fridge: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully firm.

Notes
