Instructions

  1. Prepare your gelatin: Soak sheets in cold water for about 5 minutes or sprinkle powder over 1/4 cup of cold water or juice and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat the mixture: In a saucepan over low heat, dissolve the bloomed gelatin in 1 cup of water or juice until completely clear, stirring continuously.
  3. Add sweeteners and flavorings: Once dissolved, add your preferred sweetener, flavorings, and food coloring.
  4. Pour the mixture: Carefully pour the gelatin mixture into molds or a shallow pan and level it with a spatula.
  5. Chill the mixture: Refrigerate for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  6. Cut into sequins: Remove from molds or cut into desired shapes once set.
  7. Enjoy: Consume as a fun snack or use as a decorative topping for desserts.
