Dr. Rocio Pink Gelatin

A refreshing and fruity gelatin drink, perfect for curbing cravings while being low in calories.

Ingredients

  • 1 package flavored gelatin powder (strawberry or berry)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup unflavored gelatin or collagen (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon or lime juice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries, chopped (optional)
  • Sweetener substitute (optional, e.g., stevia or erythritol)
  • Herbal flavorings like mint (optional)
  • Agar-agar powder (for vegan option)

Instructions

  1. Measure ingredients and set aside any optional collagen or sweetener.
  2. Warm 1/4 cup of water and stir in unflavored gelatin until dissolved.
  3. Mix flavored gelatin with 1 cup of hot water until fully dissolved.
  4. Add 1 to 1 1/2 cups of cold water and any optional ingredients.
  5. Combine and pour the mixture into a shallow dish; refrigerate until set (1 to 2 hours).
  6. Portion the gelatin into bowls and serve chilled.

Notes

For a softer texture, adjust the gelatin amount or add more cold water. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
