  • 2 tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin
  • Optional: Fresh Fruit Bits

Instructions

  1. Choose Your Base: Select your favorite fruit juice and measure about 2 cups.
  2. Dissolve Gelatin: In a mixing bowl, pour 1 cup of cold water and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin over it. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes until it softens.
  3. Heat Juice: In a saucepan, gently heat the fruit juice to just below boiling, about 5 minutes.
  4. Mix Together: Once the juice is heated, stir in the softened gelatin mixture, ensuring it fully dissolves.
  5. Combine with Water: Add 1 cup of cool water to the mixture, stirring until well combined.
  6. Chill: Pour the mixture into a container and refrigerate. Allow it to set for at least 120-240 minutes until firm.
  7. Serve: Once set, scoop out with a spoon and enjoy it at any time of day!
