2 tbsp gelatin powder (unflavored)
1/2 cup flavored drink mix or diluted fruit juice
1/4 cup cold water
1/2 cup hot water
Optional: 1 tsp fresh lemon or lime juice
Optional: Natural sweetener like stevia or erythritol
Instructions
Measure gelatin and hot water. Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water to bloom for 1-2 minutes, then pour 1/2 cup hot water and stir until dissolved.
Add flavored mix or juice and adjust sweetness as desired.
Combine with remaining cold water and stir gently.
Add optional ingredients if desired.
Pour into a mold or shallow dish.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours until set.
Portion and serve cold.
