  • 1 cup fruit juice (any flavor)
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients: gelatin, fruit juice, honey or maple syrup, and water.
  2. Warm the water: In a small pot, heat 1 cup of water over medium heat until warm but not boiling (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Dissolve the gelatin: Slowly add 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder to the warm water, whisking continuously until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  4. Mix in juice and sweetener: Remove from heat, then stir in 1 cup of fruit juice and your desired sweetener. Mix well until combined.
  5. Cool down: Allow the mixture to cool at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  6. Chill in refrigerator: Pour the mixture into molds or a container and chill for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Remove from molds or cut into cubes and enjoy your delightful, guilt-free gelatin treat!

Notes

Can be prepared ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
