Dr. Oz Gelatin Trick Recipe

A simple, low-calorie gelatin drink that helps curb appetite and supports weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1 serving packet of flavored gelatin powder (preferably sugar-free)
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil about 1/2 cup of water and remove from heat.
  2. Pour the hot water into a mixing cup and whisk in the flavored gelatin until fully dissolved.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water.
  4. Mix in the optional collagen powder or lemon juice.
  5. Pour the mixture into a glass or silicone mold.
  6. Place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until set.
  7. Serve and enjoy as a chilled drink or dessert.

Notes

For better results, consume the gelatin drink 15 to 30 minutes before meals to help reduce appetite.
