  • 2 tablespoons high-quality gelatin
  • Sweetener of choice (honey, stevia, or maple syrup, optional)
  • Flavorings (extracts like vanilla or almond, or fresh fruits, optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure 2 cups of chosen liquid and heat in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming.
  2. Gradually sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over hot liquid, whisking continuously until fully dissolved (1-2 minutes).
  3. If desired, mix in sweetener and flavorings.
  4. Pour mixture into a prepared mold or bowl. Allow to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before refrigerating.
  5. Let the gelatin chill in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours until fully set.
  6. Slice into cubes or use cookie cutters for shapes. Serve chilled.
  7. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
