Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: Collect gelatin powder, water or juice, and any sweeteners or fruits you plan to use.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin: In a bowl, combine 1 cup of cold water or juice with 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. Heat the mixture: Place the bowl in the microwave or on the stove over medium heat, stirring until completely dissolved—this takes about 1-2 minutes.
  4. Sweeten it up: Add your natural sweeteners at this stage and stir thoroughly to combine all the flavors.
  5. Pour into molds: Transfer the mixture into small cups or molds.
  6. Chill: Place the filled molds in the refrigerator and leave them to set for at least 120-240 minutes until firm.
  7. Enjoy: Once set, enjoy your gelatin treat straight from the mold or topped with your favorite fruits.

Notes
