A refreshing and healthy drink combining gelatin and fruit juice to support weight loss and curb cravings.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gelatin (preferably grass-fed)
  • 1¼ cups water (divided)
  • 1 cup 100% fruit juice (without added sugars)
  • Sweetener (optional: honey, stevia, or agave syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon citric acid

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients including gelatin, water, and fruit juice of your choice.
  2. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over ¼ cup of cold water and let it swell for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat 1 cup of water in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming but not boiling, then remove from heat.
  4. Stir the bloomed gelatin into the hot water until completely dissolved.
  5. Add the selected fruit juice and stir well. Add sweetener if desired.
  6. Pour the mixture into a container or mold and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  7. Once set, cut into pieces, serve chilled, and enjoy!

Notes

For variations, use flavored sparkling water, incorporate green juices, or experiment with different fruits.
