Instructions

  2. Dissolve Gelatin: In a small bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the Mixture: In a saucepan, gently heat 2 cups of fruit juice over medium-low heat, avoiding boiling.
  4. Combine: Once the juice is warm, add the bloomed gelatin mixture, stirring until fully dissolved. Add sweetener or citric acid if desired.
