  • 2 cups filtered water
  • Honey (optional)
  • Lemon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather ingredients: Collect cinnamon sticks, water, and optional ingredients.
  2. Boil water: In a saucepan, bring water to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Add cinnamon: Once boiling, add the cinnamon sticks and steep for about 10 minutes.
  4. Flavor it up: Optional, add ginger or lemon and steep for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Strain and serve: Remove solids, pour tea into a mug and enjoy warm.
  6. Sweeten (optional): Add a teaspoon of honey to taste and stir until dissolved.
