Blue Spirulina Lemonade for Weight Loss

A bright, refreshing drink blending blue spirulina powder with tart lemon, water, and a touch of sweetener, perfect for hydration and weight loss.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon blue spirulina powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 8 ounces cold water or sparkling water
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • Natural sweetener (stevia, erythritol, or honey)
  • Thin slice of fresh ginger (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine water and lemon juice in a tall glass or jar.
  2. Add sweetener to taste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle blue spirulina powder and whisk until evenly blended.
  4. Add ice cubes and stir to cool the drink.
  5. Stir in optional ginger or sea salt for flavor enhancements.
  6. Pour into a glass with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.

Notes

Drink 15 to 30 minutes before meals for hydration and appetite control. Use sparingly in servings of 8 to 12 ounces.
