  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup cold water or ice

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water in a kettle.
  2. In a mixing bowl, sprinkle one packet of sugar-free gelatin over the boiling water and stir until fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
  3. Add a few drops of your chosen flavor extract and mix until incorporated.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of cold water or ice to cool the mixture down.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a mold or bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until firm.
  6. Once set, cut into cubes or scoop out and enjoy.
