  • 1 package sugar-free gelatin mix
  • 1 cup water or fruit juice
  • Fresh fruit (optional, e.g., berries)
  • Sweetener (optional, e.g., stevia or monk fruit)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by gathering the gelatin mix and a bowl. Clean and chop any fresh fruit you are using.
  2. Boil 1 cup of water in a small pot.
  3. Pour the boiled water into a bowl and add the sugar-free gelatin mix. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add 1 cup of cold water or fruit juice to the bowl and mix well.
  5. If using, add chopped fresh fruit and gently fold it in.
  6. Pour the mixture into serving cups or molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your guilt-free treat!

Notes

Best enjoyed mid-morning or in the afternoon. Stick to portions of 1/2 to 1 cup for optimal results.
