Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Delicious and chewy apple cider vinegar gummies that provide the tangy benefits of ACV without the harsh taste. Perfect for appetite control and a flavorful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 3 tablespoons of gelatin or pectin
  • 1/2 cup of fruit juice (lemon or apple recommended)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey or sweetener
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar extract
  • Optional: vitamin mix (B12, folic acid)
  • Optional: cornstarch for dusting

Instructions

  1. Measure and bloom gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and letting it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
  2. Warm the juice and sweetener in a small saucepan for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Add the bloomed gelatin to the warm mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar.
  5. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and let cool for 10 minutes at room temperature.
  6. Chill the molds in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours until set.
  7. Unmold the gummies and dust with cornstarch if sticky, then store in an airtight container.

Notes

Gummies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Adjust sweetness and vinegar intensity to taste.
