  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Sweetener (like honey or stevia, to taste)
  • Flavoring (optional, e.g., fruit extracts)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: apple cider vinegar, gelatin, sweetener, and any flavoring.
  2. In a bowl, sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over 1 cup of cold water and let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the bloomed gelatin mixture with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and heat over low, stirring continuously until dissolved (about 3-5 minutes).
  4. Stir in your sweetener and any flavorings.
  5. Remove from heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or a glass dish, then refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours until set.
  7. Once firm, pop the gelatin out of the molds or cut it into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. Adjust sweetener to your taste preference.
