3-Ingredient Gelatin Trick

A simple and effective weight loss solution that combines gelatin with flavored beverages for a deliciously chewy snack.

  • 2 tablespoons unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup flavored beverage (such as fruit juice or herbal tea)
  • Sweetener (optional, such as honey or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Gather unflavored gelatin, your preferred flavored beverage, and sweetener if using.
  2. In a small bowl, combine gelatin and flavored beverage. Stir well to dissolve completely.
  3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium-low heat, stirring continuously for 3-5 minutes until fully combined.
  4. If using sweetener, stir it in until dissolved, adjusting to taste.
  5. Pour the mixture into molds or a shallow dish and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Once set, remove from molds or cut into bite-sized pieces. Enjoy chilled for a refreshing snack!

Notes

For a lower calorie version, use flavored sparkling water instead of juice. You can also add pureed fruit for extra flavor.
